El Locanda Boutique Hotel Mamaia uses Pynbooking in a simple but efficient scenario. Accommodation spaces and related services are defined in PMS Cloud Hotel, and through Channel Manager, they are exposed on several booking platforms: Booking.com, Expedia, and Hello Romania.

 

Complementarily, the website received its Booking Engine to attract tourists searching online and those returning to the location.

 

As many guests still rely on phone and email, reservations received through these channels are manually entered directly into the PMS Cloud Hotel, which automatically updates availability on all platforms. Based on real-time data, any Reception employee can confirm the availability of a room and make a reservation, without the risk of overlap.

 

Invoicing (proforma or fiscal) is done from Pynbooking, based on the data taken with the reservation, eliminating the need for a dedicated invoicing application.

 

 

For better organization, the team has at its disposal reports regarding accommodation, meals, and cleaning services.

 

After check-out, the PMS automatically sends guests an invitation for review, and the responses are processed to display the average score.
