This guide provides you with the necessary steps to set up and synchronize the connection between your Paradis Vacante de Vis account and Pynbooking, enabling efficient and automated management of rates, availability, and reservations.

Request the connection from Paradis Vacante de Vis.

1. Contact Paradis Vacante de Vis at georgiana@paradistours.ro or call +40 740 069 076 to express your desire to transmit availability and rate plans through Pynbooking's Channel Manager.
2. Wait for their response.

Configure the connection with Paradis Vacante de Vis in the system

1. Navigate to Menu.
2. Open the Online Partners section.
3. Click Edit next to Paradis Vacante de Vis in the partners list.
4. Fill in the field ID hotel as it appears in your Paradis Vacante de Vis account.
5. Select the currency in which you want to send the rates.
6. Fill in Unit name with the name of your property.
7. Save the information!
8. Click Update rooms so that Pynbooking can import all room types and active rate plans from your Paradis Vacante de Vis account.
   On the left side, you’ll see information from the Paradis Vacante de Vis console.
   On the right side, you’ll see information from the Channel Manager. You need to choose what to map.
9. Click Choose room type and select the corresponding room type for all available options.
   After choosing the room type, the system will display the rate plans associated with each room type.
10. Click Choose rate plan and select the corresponding rate plan for all available options.
11. Click Synchronize to send what you have mapped to Paradis Vacante de Vis

Check the connection and ensure the mapping was done correctly.

1. Log in to your Paradis Vacante de Vis account, open the Calendar, and ensure that the availability and rates match those sent from the Channel Manager. Compare the two calendars.
