Does it work without the guest app installed?
Yes. The guest accesses the menu via a link or QR code — no app to install.
Does it integrate with any POS or only with Pynbooking POS?
The Room Service module is natively integrated with Pynbooking POS. For external POS systems, integration is possible via API.
Can I configure operating hours for room service?
Yes. You can set the time slots when room service is available — the menu won't appear to guests outside those hours.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
You can mark products as unavailable in real time — guests can no longer order that product until you reactivate it.
Does the amount go automatically to the folio or do I need to add it manually?
