This guide helps you set up meal plans, prices, and policies associated with meals for guests, ensuring proper and efficient management of the dining options offered by your property.
The Meal Plan section is important as it outlines the property's meal prices and policies.
- Navigate to Menu > Property Settings
- Open the Meal Plan section to add your property's meal prices and policies.
Add Meal Value
- Meal Name: Enter the rate for each type of meal.
- Price: Specify the price set for each type of meal per person.
- VAT: Add the VAT rate for meals.
Add Child Policy - Percentage of an Adult Meal Value
- Enter the meal value for children in the reservation based on their age range. Select the percentage of an adult meal value based on the child's age.
Add Meal Plan Policy
- Half Board: Choose the starting meal for half-board stays.
- Full Board: Choose the starting meal for full-board stays.
- All-Inclusive: Choose the starting meal for all-inclusive stays.
📌 Note: The value of breakfast included in the rate is initially set at 35 RON per person. You can adjust this value according to your property's policy.
