Access Control | QR - Calirom

This guide will help you configure the connection with Calirom. First, to activate the connection, you need to contact the technical department, and for completing the installation, you will receive assistance from Calirom technicians. Follow the steps below to correctly integrate the required information into your system.


Card Locks / Card + QR Code Locks

Connection Activation:

  • Go to the Subscription Payment section by clicking on the unit name in the top right corner.
  • Check the Local Access Control option.
  • Review the displayed costs and click the Activate button.

Settings:

  • From the Subscription Payment section, under Local Access Control, click the Settings button and select Calirom V1 as the software.
  • Request the token from Calirom technicians and add it in the settings.
  • Save the changes.
  • Set a fixed IP for the workstation used to encode the cards and send it via a ticket in the Support Center.
  • Install Pynwebservice (latest version), and in the Room Keys section select Calirom V2.
  • Modify the link to /calirom/index.php.
  • In Socket IP, enter the external IP of the Calirom server.
  • In Socket port, enter the Calirom port (standard: 13895).
  • Select API Version: 1.
  • In Card Reader Station IP, enter the station’s IP.

Important:
If any information changes (e.g., IP), a refresh is also required in the Calirom system.


QR Code / Numeric Code

Connection Activation:

  • Go to the Subscription Payment section by clicking on the unit name in the top right corner.
  • Check the Local Access Control option.
  • Review the displayed costs and click the Activate button.

Settings:

  • From the Subscription Payment section, under Local Access Control, click the Settings button and select Calirom V1 as the software.
  • Request the token from Calirom technicians and add it in the settings.
  • Check the Calirom Online option.
  • Choose the type of locks used.
  • It is necessary to configure a redirect from the station IP to the external IP of the Calirom server.
  • In the Calirom Host section, add the IP obtained from the redirect.
  • In Calirom Port, enter the Calirom port (standard: 13895).

Important:
If any information changes (e.g., IP), a refresh is also required in the Calirom system.
