This guide will help you access and understand the report of bookings made through the Booking Engine, providing you with a detailed view of all reservations made through the platform. By easily navigating the dedicated section, you will be able to filter and view bookings based on their status, the guest’s state, or relevant dates.
- Navigate to Menu > Booking Engine
- From the top right, select Reservations
Here, you will find a list of all bookings made through the Booking Engine. Use the available filters to display a customized search. - Display based on the booking status:
- Ok Reservations: Reservations with the "Ok" status have been completed and sent to the PMS calendar.
- Paid Reservations: Reservations with the "Paid" status have been completed, paid online by card, and sent to the PMS calendar.
- Incomplete Reservations: Reservations with the "Incomplete" status are those that guests have not completed.
- Confirmed Reservations: Reservations that have been confirmed.

- Display based on the guest's state:
- Booked Reservations
- Guest Arriving
- Guest Departing
- Guest Checked-in
- Display based on date:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Display based on the applied Voucher.
Click on Details next to these reservations to access the contact information that the guest left before abandoning the booking process. Use this information to reach out to the guest and understand why they didn’t complete the reservation.
Use the filters at the top of the page to display only the desired reservations.
📌 Note: Check this report regularly, ideally daily, and call all guests who interrupted the booking process. This can give you ideas on possible improvements and you may even convince the guest to resume the booking process.
