Connection Guide

⚠️ An active subscription to RoomPriceGenie is required.

The integration is only available with the Pynbooking Premier subscription and involves a monthly fee.

Step 1: Generating Credentials

Create an account on RoomPriceGenie.

Go to the Integration page, select the partner from the list, and click Update.

This step will generate the credentials for the account.

Step 2: Connecting Pynbooking to RoomPriceGenie

Open a ticket in the Pynbooking Support Center and request the activation of the integration with RoomPriceGenie.
Please include the login credentials you received in the message.
The support team will activate the integration and confirm once it's completed.

In Pynbooking, go to the Online Partners section, found in the Channel Manager menu.

Find RoomPriceGenie (under the RMS category) and click Edit.

On the page that opens, fill in the following fields:

Property ID

Client ID

Client Secret

Click Save. (1)
Click Synchronize Property. (2)

This action will send the room types and rate plans to your RoomPriceGenie account.

Step 3: Mapping Room Types and Rate Plans

After synchronization, Pynbooking will send the data to RoomPriceGenie.

You will be able to create and map the room types in the Room Setup section of RoomPriceGenie.

You can update the number of rooms based on the information available in the corresponding fields.

Step 4: Requesting a Full Push

After mapping, request a full push of availability and prices.

This is done from the same connection setup page by clicking the Synchronize Data button. (3)

Check the Inbound Logs to see if the data has been received and processed — room types and data will appear in the corresponding columns.

Step 5: Running the Pricing

After all data for the current year is available (for all room types), go to the calendar in RoomPriceGenie and click Run Pricing.

If everything is set up correctly, the calendar will be automatically filled with the received rates.
