This guide helps you set up the Company section by filling in the required fiscal and banking details for accurate invoice issuance.
Make sure all information is correct and up to date, as it will be used in various documents and official communications.
- Navigate to Menu > Property Settings
- Open the Company section to complete the following basic details about your property.
Add Company Settings
In this section, you need to fill in the basic information about your company:
- Company Name: The company name is automatically retrieved by the system.
Once entered, the company name cannot be changed. If it needs to be updated, submit a ticket to your Account Manager, who will assist with the modification. - CIF: Enter the company’s tax identification code (CIF).
- Trade Register Number: Enter the registration number in the Trade Register.
- Working point address: Enter the address of the operating location.
- District working point: Select the county.
- Section: Select the district (visible only for Bucharest).
- Address of registered office: Enter the address of the company’s registered office.
- Social capital: Enter the share capital amount.
- VAT Payer: Indicate whether your company is a VAT payer.
Add Bank Account Settings
In this section, you need to provide details about your company’s bank account:
- Bank: Enter the bank's name.
- IBAN: Enter the IBAN.
- EURO IBAN: Enter the IBAN for EURO transactions.
- Advance IBAN: Enter the IBAN for advance payments.
Add Treasury Account Settings
In this section, you need to provide details about the treasury account:
- Treasury: Enter the treasury account.
- Treasury IBAN: Enter the treasury IBAN.
📌 Note:The information entered in this section will be used in the Seller section of invoices issued from the system. Make sure all details are completed accurately to ensure that invoices are complete and correct.
Once all information has been entered, save the changes!
