The system generates a detailed table that includes essential information such as invoice number, customer, product or service details, quantities, financial values, VAT and invoice status. In addition, you will be able to directly access the associated documents or relevant reservations with a simple click.

- Navigate to Menu
- Open the Invoice Detailed Report. section
Generate the Report
- Apply filters according to your requirements. Specify the desired month and year to focus on a specific period. This functionality ensures you will only see data relevant to you.
- The system will generate a detailed table with the following structure:
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Client name
- Service/product name
- Service/product type
- Quantity
- Value excluding VAT
- VAT rate
- VAT value
- Total
- Reservation/Balance
Each row represents an individual invoice issued during the selected period, providing key details such as the invoice number, the associated reservation or balance, and much more.
- Click on the number in the Invoice Number column to go directly to that specific document, offering more details about the individual transaction.
- Click on the number in the Reservation/Balance column to access the respective reservation or balance that triggered the invoice.
