This guide will help you understand how to use the Top Rooms Report to analyze your room performance based on multiple factors. You will learn the necessary steps to access the report, select the desired filters, and view room rankings based on posts, guest ratings, occupancy rate, and accommodation services. - Navigate to Menu > Reports
- Click on Top Rooms Report
- The system will display a room ranking.
- Select the year
- Select Property - For units with multiple properties, this option will display based on this criterion.
This option is only available for multi-property accounts. - Choose one of the four factors by which you want to classify the rooms and select the desired year.
- Posts – The system will rank the rooms in descending order based on the total posts for that room in the selected year. The total posts are displayed in the Total column. The values represent the total accommodation along with the total meals (if applicable) and total other services or products added to bookings.
- Rating – The system will rank the rooms in descending order based on the rating given to the room from guest feedback. The rating is displayed in the Rating column. The values represent the total accommodation along with the total meals (if applicable) and total other services or products added to bookings.
- Occupancy % – The system will rank the rooms in descending order based on the occupancy rate in the selected year. The occupancy rate is displayed in the % column. The values represent the total accommodation along with the total meals (if applicable) and total other services or products added to bookings.
- Accommodation – The system will rank the rooms in descending order based on the total accommodation services for that room in the selected year. The total accommodation services are displayed in the Total column. The values strictly represent the total accommodation, excluding meals or other products and services.
