This guide provides the necessary steps to set up and synchronize the connection between your YieldPlanet account and Pynbooking, enabling efficient and automated management of rates, availability, and reservations.

Activation Steps:

1. This option is only available upon request for YieldPlanet Channel Manager users, who synchronize Pynbooking with platforms such as HRS, TripConnect by TripAdvisor, Trip.com, etc.
2. Open a ticket in the Support Center, specifying that you want to activate the connection with YieldPlanet.
   📌 Note: To use this feature, you must have an active subscription to YieldPlanet.

Configure the Connection with YieldPlanet in the System:

1. Navigate to the Menu.
2. Open the Online Partners section.
3. Click Edit next to YieldPlanet in the list of partners.
4. Fill in the Hotel ID field as it appears in your YieldPlanet account.
5. Select the currency in which you wish to transmit rates.
6. Fill in the Unit Name with the name of your property.
7. Save the information!
8. Click Update Rooms so that Pynbooking imports all active room types and rate plans from your YieldPlanet account.
   On the left side, you will see the information from the YieldPlanet console, while on the right side, you will find details from the Channel Manager. Choose what you want to map:
9. Click Select Room Type and match the corresponding room types for all available options.
10. Click Synchronize to send the mapped data to YieldPlanet.
     

📌 Note: If you have a multi-property account in Pynbooking and use a single property account in YieldPlanet, add the same code for each property and map only the room types for that property. All room types created in YieldPlanet will be imported.

Any price changes and restrictions (stopsell, min-stay, etc.) must be managed exclusively from YieldPlanet.

In YieldPlanet, only room types are mapped, not rate plans. These are automatically transmitted from YieldPlanet to Pynbooking.
