This guide provides you with the necessary steps to set up and synchronize the connection between your Litoralul Romanesc account and Pynbooking, enabling efficient and automated management of rates, availability, and reservations.
Request the connection from Litoralul Romanesc.
- Contact Litoralul Romanesc at oana.necula@litoralulromanesc.ro or call 0720536022, expressing your intention to transmit availability and rate plans through Pynbooking's Channel Manager.
- Wait for their response.
Configure the connection with Litoralul Romanesc in the system
- Navigate to Menu.
- Open the Online Partners section.
- Click Edit next to Litoralul Romanesc in the partners list.
- Fill in the field ID hotel as it appears in your Litoralul Romanesc account.
- Select the currency in which you want to send the rates.
- Fill in Unit name with the name of your property.
- Save the information!
- Click Update rooms so that Pynbooking can import all room types and active rate plans from your Litoralul Romanesc account.
On the left side, you’ll see information from the Litoralul Romanesc console.
On the right side, you’ll see information from the Channel Manager. You need to choose what to map. - Click Choose room type and select the corresponding room type for all available options.
After choosing the room type, the system will display the rate plans associated with each room type. - Click Choose rate plan and select the corresponding rate plan for all available options.
- Click Synchronize to send what you have mapped to Litoralul Romanesc
Check the connection and ensure the mapping was done correctly.
- Log in to your Litoralul Romanesc account, open the Calendar, and ensure that the availability and rates match those sent from the Channel Manager. Compare the two calendars.
Map the partner's contracts with the allocations in the system.
1. Contract Update
- Contracts can be imported using the existing "Update Rooms" button.
- After the update, they will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
2. Mapping Contracts with System Allocations
- Imported contracts can be manually mapped to existing allocations in the PMS.
3. Adding Reservations to Allocations
- When a reservation enters the system and has a specified contract ID, it will be automatically assigned to the corresponding mapped allocation.
If there are "free rooms" (without a predefined allocation), reservations can also be added here if necessary.
