This guide provides you with the necessary steps to set up and synchronize the connection between your AirBNB account and Pynbooking, enabling efficient and automated management of rates, availability, and reservations.

Request the connection from AirBNB.

1. Open your AirBNB account and ensure it is properly set up.
2. When starting the authorization process in the system, ensure the AirBNB console is open with the account you want to connect.

Set up the connection with AirBNB in the system

1. Navigate to Menu.
2. Open the Online Partners section.
3. Click Edit next to AirBNB in the list of partners.
4. Click Authorize PynBooking.
5. In the Connect with AirBNB section, press the Connect button.

📌 Note: If you have already authorized an AirBNB account in the connect with AirBNB section, you need to select a new account to proceed. Subsequently, all configured accounts will be listed, and you can choose which account to continue with.

6. Complete the required information for AirBNB.
7. Save the information.
8. Click the Update Rooms button so PynBooking can import all room types and active rate plans from your AirBNB account.

On the left side, you will find information from the AirBNB console. Here, you also have the red Disconnect Room from AirBNB button and the Settings button for additional actions.
On the right side, you will see the information from the Channel Manager, where you need to map the corresponding data.

9. Click Choose Room Type and select the corresponding room type for all available options.
10. After choosing the room type, the system will display the rate plans associated with each room type.
11. To connect all rooms, click the Connect All Rooms button.
12. Click Choose Rate Plan and select the corresponding rate plan for all available options.
13. Press Synchronize to send the mapped data to AirBNB.

📌 Note: Room types without a corresponding match in the system will remain under your management in the AirBNB account.

Verify the connection and ensure the mapping was done correctly.

1. Access your AirBNB account.
2. Open Calendar and ensure that availability and rates match those sent by the Channel Manager.
3. Compare both calendars.

Import active reservations.

1. Go to the Support Center section in the PynBooking platform.
2. Open a ticket with the subject Import AirBNB Reservations, and we will import all active reservations.

Add the AirBNB commission

❗ Ensure that the rate sent to AirBNB includes the standard 15% commission.

View guest messages

1. Access the Messages section from the Menu under Online Partners.
2. Messages will be displayed based on reservations, starting with the first message received.
3. Mark messages as read using the Mark as Read button.
4. Reply to messages from the bottom of the page:
5. Add the desired text.
6. Select files.
7. Press the Submit button.
