This guide provides the necessary steps to set up and synchronize the connection between the Booking Engine and the PMS, enabling efficient and automated management of rates, availability, and reservations.
- Navigate to Menu
- Open the Online Partners section
- Click Edit next to Booking Engine from the list of partners
- Click Update Rooms
On the left side of the screen, you will find all the room types configured in the Booking Engine.
On the right side of the screen, you will find all the room types initially configured in the platform. - Click the Select Room Type button and add the appropriate room from the system. Repeat this step for all rooms.
- Click Select Rate Plan and choose the corresponding rate plan for each one.
Once you have synchronized all room types, you will notice that under each of them, the rate plans configured in the Booking Engine have appeared. These also need to be synchronized.
On the left side of the screen, you will find all the rate plans configured in the Booking Engine. On the right side of the screen, you will find all the rate plans configured in the Channel Manager. - Click Synchronize at the top of the screen.
- Access the booking engine and ensure that the rates and availability have been correctly transmitted.
- Make a test booking to ensure everything works as desired.
