You will learn how to integrate the link to the Booking Engine on the reservation button of your website and how to customize the URL to maintain the desired search format. - Navigate to Menu > Booking Engine
- Copy the link next to the See Direct Booking button. You will notice two links – a standard one and a shorter one. Both links will redirect users to the same location.
- Add the copied link to the reservation button on your website.
Also, if you want to maintain a specific search format from your website, the structure of the link is as follows:
- For Check-in – Check-out:
https://hotelname.pynbooking.direct/?checkin=2022-10-27&checkout=2022-10-28
- For Room ID:
https://hotelname.pynbooking.direct/?roomId=13337
(The room ID is listed under online partners for each room type in the Booking Engine.)
- For Check-in – Check-out combined with Room ID:

📌 Note: If you already have a website and want to integrate it with the Booking Engine, make sure there is a reservation button (such as 'Book Now', 'Reservations', 'Reserve Now', etc.) and instruct your IT team to attach the Booking Engine link to this button. This will redirect guests to make their reservation directly through the booking engine.
If you have a reservation button on any other platform or website, you can instruct your IT team to add the link to each of these sites individually.
