This guide provides you with the necessary steps to set up and synchronize the connection between your HelloRomania account and Pynbooking, enabling efficient and automated management of rates, availability, and reservations.

Request the connection from HelloRomania.

1. Communicate to HelloRomania, at the email address contact@helloromania.com or by phone at +40 21 270 00 90, your desire to send availability and rate plans through the Pynbooking Channel Manager.
2. Wait for their response.

Configure the connection with HelloRomania in the system

1. Navigate to Menu.
2. Open the Online Partners section.
3. Click Edit next to HelloRomania in the partners list.
4. Fill in the field ID hotel as it appears in your HelloRomania account.
5. Select the currency in which you want to send the rates.
6. Fill in Unit name with the name of your property.
7. Save the information!
8. Click Update rooms so that Pynbooking can import all room types and active rate plans from your HelloRomania account.
   On the left side, you’ll see information from the HelloRomania console.
   On the right side, you’ll see information from the Channel Manager. You need to choose what to map.
9. Click Choose room type and select the corresponding room type for all available options.
   After choosing the room type, the system will display the rate plans associated with each room type.
10. Click Choose rate plan and select the corresponding rate plan for all available options.
11. Click Synchronize to send what you have mapped to HelloRomania

Check the connection and ensure the mapping was done correctly.

1. Log in to your HelloRomania account, open the Calendar, and ensure that the availability and rates match those sent from the Channel Manager. Compare the two calendars.
    

Add the HelloRomania commission

To simplify the invoicing process, you can include the commission retained by the HelloRomania partner by accessing its corresponding source.

1. Go to Reservation Sources > HelloRomania
2. Click Edit and add the agreed commission in the Commission % field.
3. Access the reservations received from the partner and check the Rate includes commission …%, and the rate will update accordingly.
