Online Payments

This guide helps you set up the integration with online payment processors, enabling guests to make payments through the Booking Engine, the Guest APP, or for advance invoices, providing a seamless and secure experience for financial transactions.

  1. Navigate to Menu > Property Settings.
  2. Open the Online Payments section to add the required information so that guests can make online payments.
     

Stripe

  1. Create an account with the Stripe payment processor by visiting Stripe.com.
    If you already have a Stripe account or after creating one, follow the steps below to configure the PynBooking system for seamless integration with Stripe
  2. Add the Publishable Key.
    Log into your Stripe account. Click Developers in the left-hand menu and then click API keys. Copy the Publishable key and add it to PynBooking.
  3. Add the Secret Key.
    In your Stripe account, go to Developers > API keys.Click Create secret key to generate a key, copy it, and add it to PynBooking. If you fail to copy the key, delete it and create a new one.
  4. Add the Signing Secret.
    Log into your Stripe account, click Developers > Webhooks.
    Click Add endpoint and complete the required information.
    • Events to send: Search for "Checkout" and select all three checkout sessions.
    • Click Add endpoint.
    • Locate the Signing section, click Click to reveal, copy the information, and add it to PynBooking.

After completing all steps, save your changes!

 

Collecting Guaranteed Booking Payments via Card

This feature is available only for Stripe. If you receive guaranteed bookings via card, follow these steps to collect payments:

  1. Access the folio of the reservation and select the services/products to be billed.
  2. Once you’ve set the invoice details, next to the Invoice button, you will see the Collect button, allowing you to charge the guest's card directly without viewing the CVC code.
  3. The system will prompt you to authenticate with your login credentials to proceed with the payment.

This method also works for advance payments, saving you time and effort.

To enable this feature for advance payments, open a ticket in the Support Center, mentioning this requirement. A PynBooking representative will assist you.

 

EuPlătesc

  1. Open an account with the EuPlătesc payment processor by accessing the EuPlatesc.ro website.
  2. Add the EuPlătesc Merchant ID (MID): Fill in the information received via email from EuPlătesc.
  3. Add the EuPlătesc Key: Fill in the information received via email from EuPlătesc.
  4. Navigate to the Settings menu and select Advanced Settings.

In the Callback URL field, add the following link:
https://www.pynbooking.direct/ep_reply/
This link will be used by the EuPlătesc server to communicate the result of a payment.

📌 Note: If you want payments made through EuPlătesc using vacation cards to be recorded in invoices with the payment method Online Vacation Card, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your EuPlătesc account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu and select Advanced Settings.
  3. Check the Reply Bin Settings field in the partner console. This will allow the payment processor to send the first 6 digits of the payer's card to PynBooking, enabling the system to identify the card as a ticket card.

❗ To ensure proper functioning, it is crucial to configure this link exactly as specified above. Any errors may result in the inability to confirm payments.

In your EuPlătesc account, it is necessary to set the Timeout Session for payments generated by the payment processor. PynBooking recommends this time should not exceed 5 minutes.

Once all the information is filled in, save the changes!

 

Netopia

  1. Open an account with the Netopia payment processor.
    Click the Register button and fill in your details. You will receive an email to confirm the registration.
  2. Read the information and click Accept and Continue.

Business Enrollment

  1. Fill in the required information in the following sections:
  • Company Identification: Provide your company details.
  • Legal Representative: Provide details of the administrator or LLC owner who registered the company.
  • Associates: Provide details of the sole associate (administrator).
  • Beneficial Owners: Provide details of the sole associate.

In the fields for Legal Representative, Associates, and Beneficial Owners, the same person can be listed.

  1. In the Validation Status section, click the Send Data for Validation button. This field will be reviewed by Netopia, and once approved, you can proceed to the next step.

Add a Point of Sale

Select the payment type you wish to implement — choose Card.

Select the platform you use — choose PHP.

  • Name: Enter the name of your location (e.g., Villa Diana).
  • URL: Enter your Booking Engine link (e.g., https://propertyname.pynbooking.direct/).
    • To copy this link, go to the Menu and select the Booking Engine section — the link will appear at the top of the screen.
  • Activity Domain: Enter the activity domain: Hotels, Motels, and Resorts.
  1. Click the Add button.
    Copy the Signature, Private Key, and Public Key, then add them to the corresponding fields of the chosen payment processor in Pyn under the Online Payments section.
    Click Request Approval.
  2. Tick all fields under Mandatory Conditions, Logo, and Site. For Platform, choose Other.
  3. Upload the required image.
    The point of sale will have a status of NOT APPROVED.

Point of Sale Enrollment

  1. Access Technical Approval and complete the testing URL field with the Booking Engine link. Leave the other fields blank.
  2. Click Request Approval.

Creating an Additional User

  1. Go to the Merchant Profile.
  2. Access User List.
  3. Click Add User.
  • Username: Enter a username different from your login username. Example: admin.pyn.
  • Groups: Select Support Administration.
  • User Type: Select Company.

Click Save.

You will receive an email to create a password.

Add the username and password in the relevant fields under Online Payments in your Pyn account.
Open the PynBooking system, click the Menu button, go to Property Settings, open the Online Payments section, choose Netopia, and fill in the required information.

 

After completing all steps, save your changes!

 

SaferPay

  1. Create an account with SaferPay.
  2. Complete the registration form with your company details, contact information, and email.
    Choose the plan that best fits your business needs.
    Submit any required documents for verification.
    After verification, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on accessing and configuring your account.
  3. Configure the account:
    Log in and set up your bank accounts and financial details.
    Activate the payment methods you wish to accept (e.g., credit/debit cards, Apple Pay).

Enter the following details into PynBooking’s system:

  • Customer ID
  • Terminal ID
  • Username
  • Password

Answer: 

Guests can make online payments in the following scenarios:

Online payment via Booking Engine: Guests can pay for their booking directly through the Booking Engine. The invoice is automatically generated and entered into the system with the booking.

Online payment for advance invoices: Guests receive proforma advance invoices via email, including a payment link for secure online payments. Once confirmed, the system generates the fiscal advance invoice.

Online payment via Guest APP: During or after their stay, guests can pay for all consumed services and products through the Guest APP.
