This guide helps you enter and customize the property location details, including the address, map, general information, and contact details, ensuring they are displayed correctly to guests in the Guest App and booking confirmation emails.
- Navigate to
- Open the Location section to input your property's location details.
Add details about the location
- Unit Name: Enter your property's or unit's name.
- City: Select the correct option from the auto-suggested list.
- Address: Write the complete address of your property to provide clear guidance for guests.
- Map: Here, you’ll pinpoint the exact location of your property on the map.
Use the map pin to mark the location and click Yes, save! to confirm. - Information: Include specific details about your property, such as general information, house rules, access guides, etc.
These details will be displayed to guests in the Guest App and in the reservation confirmation email if this option is configured.
📌 Note: For properties with multiple units, you can add and customize specific information for each unit, such as general details, house rules, access guides, etc. These details will be shown to guests in the Guest App and in the confirmation email, tailored to each unit.
To switch the unit for which you want to enter location details:
- Select the unit name from the right-hand side.
- Fill in the location details.
After completing all the information, save the changes!
Add details about the location
- Unit Name: Enter the name of your property or unit.
- Phone: Add the phone number of your unit.
- Email Address: Add the email address of your unit.
- Website Address: Add Website Address
- City: Select the correct option from the automatically suggested list.
- Address: Write the full address of your property to provide clear directions for guests.
- Logo: Add your unit's logo.
- Stars: Enter the number of stars.
- Map: Here you will indicate the exact location of your property on the map.
Use the pin on the map to mark the location and press: Yes, save! to confirm.
- Information: Add specific information for the property, such as general information, rules, access guide, etc.
This information will be displayed to guests in the Guest App and in the reservation confirmation email if this option is enabled.
After completing all the information, save the changes!
