This guide helps you set up the Terms & Policies section in Pynbooking, including children’s age categories, cancellation policies, terms and conditions, as well as the additional text on the registration form, to accurately reflect your property’s rules and policies.
The Terms & Policies section is important because it outlines the rules and procedures your property has established for guests. These rules will be publicly visible and used in various communications.
- Navigate to Menu > Administration > Property Settings
- Open the Terms & Policies section
Add Children Age
- Children Age: Enter the age ranges for children.
The rate settings at the reception available in the category Administration > Contracts, Allocations & Discounts will allow you to set the extra cost for the last two intervals. The first age range is considered free of charge.
Add Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation Policies: Fill in all the cancellation policies of your property for each partner with whom you are connected.
These details will appear in the reservation confirmation email sent by the system to guests and on the proforma invoice.
Add Terms and Conditions
- Terms and Conditions: Fill in the terms and conditions of your property.
Add Additional Text in the Accommodation File
- Additional Text in the Accommodation File: If you want to add supplementary text to appear on the accommodation sheet, enter it here. The text must be composed of a maximum of 1500 characters. For example, you might want to include your GDPR policy.
