Introduction
This guide will help you more easily add rates in the Rate Plans section for your Channel Manager within your Property Management System (PMS).
- Navigate to Menu
- Open the Rate Plans section.
- Select Rate Plans from the menu on the left:
Add Rate Plan
You can add rate plans for each way you sell the unit's rooms. These can vary based on whether the rate is refundable or not and whether meals are included or not.
- Click Add Plan.
- Fill in the required information:
- Name: Enter the name of the rate plan.
Use a name that best reflects the details of this plan. For example, "Non-refundable with breakfast included." Note that the name is visible only in the Channel Manager, not to the guests. - Room type: Select the room type for which you are adding this rate plan.
If you wish to apply this plan to multiple room types, click Multiple Plan and select the desired room types. - Included meal type: Select the type of meal included in this rate plan.
- Room account: Enter the daily room account value. This value represents the total of all services and products the guest can consume without additional payment. More details about this section can be found here.
- Status: Ensure the Active option is checked for the rate plan to be active.
After completing all the information, save your changes!
Manage Rate Plan
- Use filters to find the desired rate plan or display inactive ones.
- Plan name
- Room type
- Active
- Click Filter.
- The information will be displayed in the table under the following structure:
- No.
- Room type
- Plan Name
- Connections
In the Connections column, the number of mapped connections in the system is displayed. Active connections are marked in green, while rate plans without an active connection are marked in red. - Options
Click the Edit button next to the plan to modify the information.
- For rate plans with an Inactive status, the Delete button (trash bin icon) will be available.

Yes, you can create a separate rate plan for each partner based on their specific commission rate.
For example:
- If you sell a double room with breakfast at 200 lei on Expedia and 220 lei on Booking, create two separate rate plans.
- You can name the rate plans "Breakfast Included Expedia" and "Breakfast Included Booking."

Answer:
No, it is not necessary to create a separate rate plan. You can use the same standard rate plan as for other partners.
