This guide will help you more easily add rates in the Rates & Availability section for your Channel Manager in your Property Management System (PMS).

1. Navigate to Menu
2. Open the Rates & Availability section.
3. Select Rates & Availability from the left menu.
4. Optional for multi-property units: you can filter the displayed pricing plans by property.

Add Rates

1. Click on an empty box next to the desired pricing plan and fill in the requested information:

• Period: Select the period for which you want to add the rate.
• Availability: Choose the days you want to add the rate for. You can set a rate for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and a different rate for Friday and Saturday.
• Rate: Enter the value of the rate per night.
  ❗ If the currency displayed next to the rate is not the one in which you want to add the rates, you can change it yourself.
  1. Press the Menu button,
  2. Press Property Settings,
  3. Open the General section,
  4. Channel Manager Currency, choose the desired currency.

After filling in all the information, save the changes!
 

Modify Rates

1. To modify an already added rate, add a new rate for the desired period with the new price.
2. To delete an already added rate, add a new rate with the price set to 0.

❗ Once a rate of 0 is added to a pricing plan, it will close sales for all online partners mapped to that plan.

To reopen the pricing plan for sale, add a positive rate and use the Open room function detailed later in this manual.
 

Set Single Use
The Single Use option allows you to configure the accommodation rate for one guest in the room.

1. Click on the arrow next to the name of the pricing plan to open this option.
2. Click on an empty box next to Single Use and fill in the requested information.

❗ For Single room types, to correctly transmit the rate to partners, the selling rate must be entered in the Single Use Rate section.
 

Set Minimum Stay
The Minimum Stay option allows you to configure the minimum number of nights that can be booked for a stay.

1. Click on the arrow next to the name of the pricing plan to open this option.
2. Click on an empty box next to Min Stay and enter the minimum number of nights.
3. The same restriction can be set by pressing the Restrictions button next to the room type.
    

Max
After adding the rates for the pricing plans, you need to open the rooms for sale.

1. Press the MAX button next to the room type.
2. The system displays the maximum number of rooms available for this room type.
3. Choose the groups of rooms you want to sell.

For example, if you have a total of 30 double rooms and choose to sell in groups of a maximum of 5, guests can book up to 5 double rooms until the 30 are exhausted. Pynbooking recommends choosing the maximum possible number.

If you select groups of 0, the system sends a 0 availability message, closing all double rooms for sale.

Extra

1. Press the Extra option next to the desired room type and select the Room Discount option.
2. Use the Extra Charge button to increase or decrease the rate, and the Availability function to set the days of the week this change applies to. 
   ❗This modification will affect all available rates for this room type.
3. Choose the Pricing Plan Discount option and implement a change, selecting the pricing plans the change will apply to.
4. To cancel the rate adjustment, follow the same procedure and select the Standard option instead of Extra Charge.
    

Restrictions
With restrictions, you can close and open a pricing plan for sale.

1. Press Restrictions next to the desired room type and choose:
   • Minimum stay - select the minimum stay period.
   • Close room - close a room for sale by selecting the rates to be closed.
   • Open Room - reopen a blocked period for sale by selecting the closed rate or rates.

❗ If you want to close a period for sale, follow the above steps. Do not use unmapping for pricing plans. Even if unmapped, the rates transmitted to partners will remain active in their consoles!
 

Edit by Day

1. Press the Edit by Day button.
2. Modify the rate for the desired day.
    

📌 Note: We recommend adding rates for a sufficiently extended period, at least two years. This way, guests who wish to book for the following year will be able to do so.
