Additionally, you will be able to establish flexible or non-refundable policies for bookings, ensuring that guests are properly informed before finalizing their reservations. Follow the steps to customize these options according to your needs and save the changes once you're done.
- Navigate to Menu > Booking Engine
- From the menu displayed on the left, open the Unit Policy section.
- Complete each section in this menu as follows:
Cancellation / Modification Policy without Penalty
Set how many days prior to arrival guests can cancel or modify their reservation without any penalty.
Extra Adult Policy
Set the rate for extra adults.
There are two ways to charge for extra adults, choose the preferred option:
- Percentage of the adult price: Complete the percentage for each additional adult.
- Fixed rate / Rate plan: Complete the rate for each rate plan used for each additional adult.
Child Policy
Set the rate for children.
There are two ways to charge for children, choose the preferred option:
- Percentage of the adult price: Choose the age groups and complete the percentage for each group.
- Fixed rate / Rate plan: Choose the age groups and complete the rate for each rate plan used for each group.
Early Booking Discount
Set whether you want to offer a discount based on the number of days before the reservation is made. The earlier the booking, the lower the price. Select the discount you want to apply and specify the number of days in advance.

Last Minute Discount
Set whether you want to offer a discount based on the number of days before the reservation is made. The closer to the reservation date, the lower the price. Select the discount you want to apply and specify the number of days in advance.

Stay Nights Discount
Set whether you want to offer a discount for the number of nights booked. The more nights in the reservation, the cheaper it will be.
Select the discount you want to apply and specify the number of nights. For example, if you set a 10% discount for 3 nights, it will apply to bookings of 3 nights or more. If you also set a 15% discount for 7 nights, the 10% discount will apply for 3, 4, 5, and 6 nights, while the 15% discount will apply from 7 nights onward.

Complete the terms and conditions for your unit. These will be displayed to the guest before they place the reservation.
