Who they are
Fabesca Boutique Hotel&Spa is a 4-star hotel in Sovata, with 53 rooms, a villa with 10 rooms, SPA, restaurant and conference hall. Managers Dobrita Ildiko and Cosmin Timocea have over 20 years of combined experience in the hotel industry.
The challenge
Until 2022, Fabesca used a classic application installed on a local server, primarily focused on financial and accounting aspects. The system offered no support for the online environment: updating availability on Booking, Agoda, Google Hotels and TravelMinit was delayed, integration with their own website was impossible, and processing was manual.

The solution
Pynbooking setup took just a few days. They implemented:
- Cloud PMS replacing the local server
- Channel Manager for automatic synchronization with all platforms
- Booking Engine on their own website
- Guest App for guest communication
- Restaurant POS
- Automatic ANAF invoicing

Before: local server, no bookings on own website, delayed updates on OTAs, manual processing of every booking.
After: +55% direct bookings on their own website, inventory and rates automatically synchronized across all platforms, manual processing completely eliminated.
