Who they are
El Locanda Boutique Hotel is located in Mamaia, with 9 rooms and 52 sqm apartments overlooking Lake Siutghiol. The director, Stere Ana-Maria Magdalena, transformed the property from a seasonal hotel open only in summer into an active year-round destination. El Locanda is Pynbooking's oldest client -- an active partnership since 2015.
The challenge
When El Locanda adopted Pynbooking, the main need was clear: a system that works across multiple platforms, allows rapid training of new employees, and provides instant confirmation to guests. In a seasonal resort, employees change frequently, and every hour of training is costly.
