Room Views

This guide helps you set up and add the room views for your property, providing precise details for each type of view. Proper configuration ensures a clearer and more informative experience for guests.

 

  1. Navigate to Menu > Property Settings
  2. Open the Room Views section to add the desired information.

 

Add Room View

  1. Click on Add Room View and fill in the required details:
  • Room View Name: Enter the name of the view, e.g., Sea View, Mountain View, Garden View, etc.
  • Code: Enter a three-letter code to represent this view, e.g., GRD for Garden View. These codes will appear next to each room in the Reservation Calendar, and hovering over the code will display the full view name.

Once all the details are completed, save the changes!

Repeat the above process for all available room views at your property.

 

📌 Note: Room views are only visible in the system for your property's team, not for guests.

 

Edit Room Views

  1. Click on the name of a view from the list.
  2. Modify the details.
  3. Once all the changes are completed, save the changes!
