Reservation Listing

This guide will help you understand how to manage the Reservation Listing section in your Property Management System (PMS) more easily.

  1. Navigate to Menu
  2. Open the Reservation Listing section.
  3. The system displays a list of all existing reservations, sorted by the date they were entered into the system.
     

View Reservations

At the top of the page, you will find the following:

  • Total Reservations: Represents the number of active or checked-out reservations. It does not include reservations with a No Show status.
  • Channel Manager: Displays the number of reservations received via Channel Manager from online partners, along with the percentage of these reservations out of the total active reservations.
  • Manual: Displays the number of manually added reservations, along with the percentage they represent out of the total active reservations.
  • Group: Shows the number of group reservations added, along with the percentage they represent out of the total active reservations.

Above the table, the following information is displayed:

  • Reservations: Represents the total number of reservations, including both active and canceled ones.
  • Active: Indicates the number of active reservations.
  • Canceled: Indicates the number of canceled reservations.
     

Filter Reservations

  1. Use the filters on the right side of the screen, under the Filter Reservations section, to refine your search by entering multiple parameters.

  • All
  • Date Range (from - to)
  • Date Entered (from - to)
  • Room Number/Type
  • Client Name
  • Company
  • Meal Type
  • Source
  • Requests
  • Channel Manager

📌 Note: Click Edit next to a reservation to access its details.
 

Download Reservations

  1. Click the Download Reservations button to download all reservations from the system into an Excel file.

📌 Note: This button is available only for users with the Admin role and full GDPR access.
