This guide will help you better manage your bookings using the Reports Reservations section in your Property Management System (PMS).
- Navigate to the Menu
- Open the Reports Reservations section.
- Select the report that suits your needs from the left menu:
Unallocated Reservations
These are bookings recorded in the system that are linked to a specific room type but do not have a specific room number assigned. This approach allows flexibility to allocate rooms at check-in, based on which rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Select the time period for the report.
- View all unallocated reservations within the selected time range.
- The reservations will be displayed in a table with the following structure:
- No.
- Reservation No
- Arrival
- Departure
- Nights
- Type
- Guest
- Phone
- Actions
Click Assign the camera (allocate room) to assign a specific room to an unallocated booking. You will need to specify the room type and room number.
Access booking details by clicking See Reservations (view booking).
❗ You can view unallocated bookings directly from the Reservations Calendar by following these steps:
- Click the Menu button and select Reservations Calendar.
- The bottom row of the calendar, labeled Unallocated Reservations, shows the number of unallocated bookings for each day.
- The section below the calendar, also labeled Unallocated Reservations # Date, lists all unallocated bookings for the current day. Click the Plus button to expand the list of unallocated bookings for the selected day.
- For additional options, click Actions next to the desired booking.
📌 Note: To print the report, click Print.
Reservations Entered
These are bookings entered directly into the system by front desk staff or other users with the appropriate permissions.
- Select the time period for the report.
- Choose the Booking Source from the predefined list.
- Choose the Operator from your team.
- The Reservations Entered will be displayed in a table with the following structure:
- Date
- Status
- ID
- Guest
- Room
- Type
- Source
- Period
- A / C (Adults/Children)
- Deposit
- Total
📌 Note: You can edit bookings directly by clicking the Edit button on the right side.
To print the report, click Print.
Accommodation Report
Access a report of all check-ins within a selected period.
- Select the time period for the report.
- The bookings will be displayed in a table with the following structure:
- No.
- Reservation No
- Arrival
- Departure
- Nights
- Adults
- Children
- Babycot (automatically added for children aged 0-2 added on booking)
- Room
- Guest
- Meal plan
- Actions
Click See Reservation to view the specific details of a booking.
Folio: Click to access the reservation's billing details.

To print the report, click Print.
To download the report in Excel format, click Download.
Raport Anulari (Cancellation Report)
This report displays all bookings canceled within a specific period.
- Select the time period for the report.
- The canceled bookings will be displayed in a table with the following structure:
- No.
- Reservation No
- Arrival
- Departure
- Type
- Room
- Guest
- Source
- User
- Actions
To view booking details, click See reservation.
To reactivate a booking, navigate to See reservation and use the Reactivate button.
📌 Note: To print the report, click Print.
Raport No-Show (No-Show Report)
This report displays all bookings marked as No Show.
- Select the time period for the report.
- The No Show bookings will be displayed in a table with the following structure:
- No.
- Reservation No
- Arrival
- Departure
- Type
- Room
- Guest
- Source
- User Actions
To view booking details, click See reservation.
📌 Note: The difference between canceled bookings and No Shows is that No Shows cannot be reactivated.
To print the report, click Print.
Raport Birthday (Birthday Report)
Discover which of your guests are celebrating their birthdays during their stay. Run the report sorted by date to identify any guests with birthdays during their booking period.
- Select the day for the report.
- The report will be displayed in a table with the following structure:
- No.
- Name and surname
- Country
- Gender
- Age
- Stars
- In House
- Actions
To view booking details, click See Reservation.
To view the guest’s profile, click View Profile.
