Once you've completed all the information, save the changes!
The PynBooking system will retrieve all lock information from the TTLock platform.
In the Hotel Room column, you need to select the room number in the system where the respective lock is installed. Do the same for all locks.
For locks installed on doors with common access, you do not need to select the room number, but you must check Shared Access. This way, the guest can open the common access doors with the room access code.
❗Make sure the lock signal is as strong as possible to enable the quick and accurate transmission of information within the system.
Validity of the Access Code
The room access code is automatically generated by TTLock when the reservation check-in is performed. It is sent to the PynBooking system and forwarded to the Guest App for the guest to view.
The guest can only use this access code at the door of the room they are staying in and at the common doors of the property for which shared access has been set.
📌 Note: The door opening functionality via the button is available only when the GuestApp is accessed from a mobile device.
The validity of the code is from the moment the check-in is performed until the check-out is completed, or until the check-out time set in the system is reached. If the guest wants to enter the room after the check-out time, the code will no longer work to open the door.
📌 Note: In specific cases, the technical team can adjust upon request both the number of digits allocated to the code (4, 5, 6 digits) and the allowed numeric range (e.g., generating codes within ranges such as 1-6, 2-8, etc.).
❗In the case of properties with multiple units, it is important to pay attention when adding rooms with the same name in the system. For example, if you have two rooms named "1" configured, one for a villa and another for a guesthouse, I recommend checking the lock configuration for the room to ensure the lock code is sent correctly for the mapped room.
Tip: You can rename the rooms in the Room Configuration section by adding a suggestive suffix, such as "1Villa" or "1Guesthouse."
✅Done! You’ve added the details for this section!
