This guide will help you add additional services to the booking engine so that guests can purchase them during the booking process. These services may include airport transfers, ATV rentals, bicycle rentals, festive meals, champagne in the room, pool access, and more. The process involves adding them in the Booking Engine console, registering them in the PMS, and mapping them in the Channel Manager to ensure availability and ease of purchase.
- Navigate to Menu > Booking Engine
- From the left menu, open the Unit Services section
Add Unit Services
- Click Add service and fill in the required information:
- Service Name: Enter the name of the service. This will be displayed in the booking engine.
- Category: Select the category of the service.
- Service Type: Choose the type of service. There are four types of services:
- Multiple: The service is not dependent on the number of nights stayed, and the guest can add multiple services to the booking. The total cost is the number of services added multiplied by the service price.
- Fixed: The service is fixed for the entire stay, and the guest can add only one service per booking. The total cost is the service price.
- Per day: The service applies for each day of the booking, and the guest can add multiple services to the booking. The total cost is the number of nights multiplied by the number of services added multiplied by the service price.
- Per day / Per person: The service can be configured based on the number of nights and guests, and the guest will configure these numbers. The total cost is the number of people chosen multiplied by the number of nights chosen and the service price.
- Price: Enter the service price. This will be displayed in the booking engine.
- Image: Add a representative image for this service. This will be displayed in the booking engine.
- Description: Enter a description of the service. This will be displayed in the booking engine.
- Rooms: Choose which room types the service should be available for.
- Active Service: Check this box to make the service active.
Once you've completed all the information, save your changes!
📌 Note: Click the Translations tab and complete the translation for the service name and description in the languages you wish, then save the information.
View Unit Services
- Click Unit Services again in the Unit menu to view the list of added services.
- In the Service Sorting section, drag the added services to sort them as you wish. Their sorting will also be displayed in the booking engine.
- You can modify an added service by clicking the Edit button next to it.
- You can delete a service by clicking the Edit button and then the Delete button.
❗Don't forget to also unmap it from the Channel Manager.
Add Service in PMS
- Click Add Product and fill in the required information:
- Product Name: Enter the name of the service or product.
- Product Price: Enter the price at which you are selling this service or product.
- VAT %: Enter the VAT rate for this service or product.
- Category: Select the category to which this service or product belongs.

Once you've completed all the information, save your changes!
Map Services
- Click the Menu button and select Online Partners.
- Click Edit next to the Booking Engine partner.
- Click Update Rooms so the system can import the service added in the Booking Engine.
- Identify the Services section where these were imported.
- Click Choose service and select the one added in the PMS.
- Click Synchronize to send the service information from the PMS to the Booking Engine.
Check mapping
- Add a test booking from the Booking Engine and include services from those mapped.
- Check that the booking in the PMS has the added service, and that it has the correct price.
