- Navigate to Menu > Property Settings
- Open the Room Types section
Add Room Types
- Click Add Room Type and fill in the required information:
- Code: Enter a code consisting of letters to represent this room type, e.g., DBL for double. This code will appear in the Reservations Listing and Reservation Today Situation.
- Room Type Name: Enter the name of the room type, e.g., Double, Twin, Triple, etc. This will be displayed in the Reservation Calendar and Channel Manager.
- Number of adults: Enter the standard number of adult guests that can be accommodated in this room type, e.g., 2 for double or 3 for triple.
- Order Plan: Enter a value starting from 0 for each room type. The system will display room types in the Booking Calendar in ascending order based on these values.
Once you've filled in all the information, save your changes!
Repeat the process above for all available room types in your property.
