Contact Pynbooking
- Open a ticket in the Support Center.
- A Pynbooking representative will respond to your request and assist you with the necessary setup. The cost for adding a new property is €10, which will be added to your monthly subscription.
Set Up a New Property
- Access the Menu > Property Settings.
- Next to the Multiple Properties field, you’ll find a button to select the new property.
- Add the Property Information and click Save.
- Add Room Types and Room Configuration.
Add Rates
- Go to Channel Manager > Rates & Availability.
- Select the new property.
- Add Rate Plans.
- Add Rates.
Connect Online Partners
- Access Online Partners > Partners.
- Select the new property.
- Connect Online Partners. For more details on connecting online partners, visit Support Center > Channel Manager.
📌 Note: Although you have two or more properties in the same PMS, you cannot manage or invoice from multiple companies. The PMS will be registered to a single company, and invoices can only be issued with a single fiscal series.
