Cash register implementation in PMS

We have delivered the cash register functionality with initial balance and complete manual operation. The system allows you to manage receipts and payments without automatic cash extraction from documents.

What this functionality offers you:

  • Initial balance configuration for the cash register
  • Manual recording of receipts and payments
  • Manual addition of sales after the Z report, with two options: through payment order or through cash operation
  • Complete control over cash flow without unintended automations

After configuring the initial balance, you can manually add each cash operation and sale according to your needs, choosing the method that best fits the workflow in your establishment.

Adding "Inspected" status in the Housekeeping module

The new "Inspected" status for room management in Housekeeping

We have added a new room status aligned with hotel industry standards. The "Inspected" status allows you to mark rooms that have been verified and approved after cleaning, providing better visibility into the room preparation stages.

What this functionality offers you:

  • Improved quality control – we distinguish between clean rooms and those inspected and approved
  • Optimized workflow – rooms go through clear stages: dirty → clean → inspected
  • More detailed reports – the Housekeeping Dashboard now reflects the complete status of each room
  • Compatibility with hotel standards – the status aligns with international room management practices

The new status is available immediately in the Housekeeping section of the Housekeeping module, where you manage the status of each room. You can change room statuses directly from the interface, and Dashboard filters will automatically reflect the new statuses.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: Can I filter rooms by the "Inspected" status in the Dashboard?

A: Yes. Use the "All statuses" filter in the Dashboard section to view rooms with any status, including inspected ones.

Q: What are all the available statuses now?

A: The system supports the following statuses: Dirty, Clean, Blocked, and Inspected. You can transition rooms between these statuses according to your hotel's needs.

Cash Register with Initial Balance and Manual Operations

We have delivered a new approach for managing the cash register, which allows you to configure an initial balance and record all cash operations.

What this functionality offers you:

  • Initial balance configuration for each cash register at opening
  • Manual recording of collections and payments without automatic import
  • Ability to add sales manually after the Z report, using two options: add payment order or add cash operation
  • Full control over the balance and daily cash flow

After generating the Z report, you can record sales manually by choosing between adding a Payment Order (for sales that involve fund transfers) or adding a Cash Operation (for internal records and corrections). Access the module from Financial → Cash Register, select the desired cash register and use the dedicated buttons for each type of operation.

Log Report

We have added the Log Report feature, which allows you to view user actions performed throughout the day. Actions can be filtered by the following criteria:

  • Locked rooms
  • Unlocked rooms
  • New reservation
  • Reservation cancellation
  • No-show reservation
  • Rate modification
  • Product deletion

There is also a filter available for each user

Reports

Meal Plan / Multiple Properties

It is now possible to download the meal plan separately for each location. If you have multiple locations, the rooms will be sorted accordingly by location, making it easier to track and manage.
