Moon Resort started with 2 cabins and grew into a full resort with 3 locations: Moon Comarnic, Moon Busteni and Moon Valley. It's the story of rapid growth that brought with it serious operational challenges. Ricardo Patran, the marketing director, describes the journey from simple to complex.
The challenge
Rapid growth was, paradoxically, also the biggest problem. The management system from Germany they initially worked with performed well at first, but couldn't keep up with the expansion.
