Aqua Marine is an 18-room accommodation property in Costinesti, opened in July 2019. The property operates seasonally, only 3 months per year, which puts enormous pressure on operational efficiency: every day counts.
At the helm is Florentina Calotescu, a professional with a degree in tourism and hands-on experience in international chains such as Marriott and Hilton. Florentina knew exactly what standards she wanted to achieve. The challenge was implementing them with a seasonal team and from a distance.
