Who they are
Bransilvania is a boutique chalet with 7 rooms, founded in 2024, in the Bran area. Inspired by Romanian royalty, the place combines tradition with modern comfort. Co-founder Nichita Alexis started the project with the desire to offer guests an authentic experience, but quickly ran into the administrative challenges of managing bookings across multiple platforms.
The challenge
Before Pynbooking, the Bransilvania team managed everything manually. Availability synchronization was done through iCal, booking details were noted in a notebook, and any change had to be entered separately on each booking platform.
The process was time-consuming, prone to errors and generated overbookings. For a small chalet, every room counts - a double booking means a disappointed guest and a bad review.

The solution
Bransilvania implemented the complete Pynbooking package: PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine and GuestApp with smart locks. All bookings, from any platform, now arrive in one place. Guests can do self check-in, and the team manages everything remotely.
