Maritimo Luxury ApartHotel is located in the historic center of Constanta, steps away from Ovidiu Square and the famous Casino. The apartments of over 80 sqm offer a luxury experience in one of the most sought-after locations on the Romanian seaside.
Cezar Branescu, the property manager, had a clear vision from the start: a fully digital ApartHotel that operates flawlessly 24/7 without a traditional physical reception.
The challenge
Before Pynbooking, manual synchronization between Booking.com, Tripadvisor, and Travelminit was a frustrating and risky process. Overbooking was frequent, confirmations reached guests late, and every error translated into negative reviews and financial losses.
For a premium ApartHotel where guests pay for a luxury experience, any operational issue is felt ten times more strongly. An overbooking at an 80 sqm apartment in downtown Constanta can't simply be resolved by moving the guest to another room.
The solution
Maritimo implemented the complete Pynbooking ecosystem: PMS for property management, Channel Manager for automatic synchronization with all platforms, Booking Engine for direct bookings, and GuestApp with advanced e-Key and QR access features.
With e-Key and QR access, guests can check in and access the apartment without any reception interaction. Everything happens digitally: from booking, through confirmation and payment, to opening the apartment door.
