Who they are
Rosetti Aparthotel is a boutique hotel in central Bucharest, in a building with a 120-year-old facade. With 24 rooms — studios and duplex suites — it opened its doors in January 2023. The owner, Adar Zafrir, is no newcomer to the hotel industry: he has Hilton experience and has tested no fewer than 7 different PMS systems over the years.
The challenge
For Rosetti, Adar had already signed a contract with a German PMS. On paper, it seemed like the right solution for an urban boutique hotel. In practice, implementation proved far too complicated. And one essential element was completely missing: e-Invoice ANAF integration, mandatory for operating in Romania.
