Who they are
Safir Blue Resort brings together 3 hotels in Saturn, on the Romanian seaside: Cleopatra (277 rooms), Narcis (320 rooms) and Semiramis (185 rooms). Together, the three properties offer 782 rooms, a private beach, a 1500 sqm pool and all-inclusive service. In 2023, the resort underwent a major reorganization and rebranding process.
The challenge
With over 1500 guests passing through the resort, the team needed a proven system that could keep up with the high volume of bookings. Issuing tax documents, managing rates across multiple platforms and synchronizing availability for 782 rooms could not remain manual processes.
They evaluated several solutions on the market before making a decision.
We evaluated other solutions on the market as well, but Pynbooking convinced us with its flexibility and simplicity. It natively integrates a Channel Manager.
The solution
Safir Blue Resort implemented Pynbooking with PMS, integrated Channel Manager (connected to Booking.com, Travelminit and Paradis Travel) and Booking Engine for direct bookings. All 3 hotels now operate on a single centralized system.
