Sarroglia Hotel is a luxury hotel in the center of Bucharest, with premium rooms, executive suites, rooftop jacuzzi, Italian restaurant, conference hall and fitness room. Director: Maria Trica. A property that emphasizes the guest experience, but was held back by fragmented IT systems behind the scenes.
The challenge
Sarroglia used an international PMS that didn't integrate easily with external booking platforms. Bookings received by phone or email were managed manually. They had a separate channel manager, but synchronization with the PMS was incomplete.
The biggest frustration? New employees had to be trained on multiple different systems, which extended the adaptation period and increased the risk of errors.
