Who they are
Stein Collection is a hotel in Timisoara, founded in 2021, with the Prime restaurant and a second restaurant opened in the city center in 2024. Vasile Birzava is the manager. He started during the pandemic, with a small but well-organized team.
The challenge
Before Pynbooking, Stein Collection worked with various systems that didn't meet the required standards. Bookings, availability and rates were managed manually. Guest communication was manual. Invoicing consumed a lot of time.
