Who they are
Tiny Transylvania is a unique project: 3 minimalist mobile cabins at the edge of Faget Forest, near Cluj. The owner, Tunde Csata, built not just a hospitality business, but also a social one -- she offers free accommodation to single mothers. It's the kind of project where every hour saved on administration can be invested in something truly important.
The challenge
Everything started in 2019 with a single cabin. At that point, phone, email, and Google Calendar were enough. But when the second and third cabins appeared, the workload tripled overnight.
When I got to three vacation homes, I felt the need for a platform to automate the activity.
Bookings came through multiple channels, confirmations were sent manually, and the risk of overlaps grew with each unit added. Tunde needed a system that would grow with the business, not more hours in the day.
The solution
The discovery of Pynbooking came organically -- Tunde made a booking as a tourist at a property that used the platform and was impressed by the experience. She decided to implement the complete system.
