Who they are
Strajerii Verzi is a complex of 4 A-frame cabins located in Sirnea, Brasov County, Romania's first tourism village. The place is about 3 hours from Bucharest, in an authentic mountain landscape where nature and tranquility are the main attractions.
Behind the project is Catalin Ceposu, an entrepreneur from Brasov with experience in the construction industry. Catalin doesn't just manage Strajerii Verzi. He runs multiple businesses simultaneously, which means his time is an extremely limited resource.
The challenge
When you have a single business, you can afford to manually process each booking. When you have multiple businesses running in parallel, every minute lost on a repetitive task is felt twice as much.
At Strajerii Verzi, guests arrived through multiple channels: email, social media pages, phone. Each request had to be manually received, verified, and confirmed. The risk of overlaps was constant, and errors were inevitable.
