Vila Camino is a 16-room accommodation property in Satu Mare, primarily oriented toward business clients. The owner, Oana Sferle, came from the corporate world — a former HR manager at a multinational — and brought with her the discipline and need for efficiency from corporate life.
She started in 2016 with 8 rooms and expanded to 16 in 2017. Growth came quickly, but with it came operational challenges.
The challenge
With 8 rooms, Excel worked. With 16, it couldn't keep up. Oana needed automation, the ability to manage everything remotely, and ideally, no dedicated front desk employee. For a 16-room business, every salary counts in the profitability equation.
