Who they are
Zaga Zaga is a unique tourism complex in the Siret Delta, spanning 82 hectares: bungalows, yurts, treehouses, over 350 accommodation spots. The complex has 4 restaurants, 90 employees in the restaurant area, 40 in maintenance and 10 at the front desk. By any measure, it is a large-scale operation.
The challenge
Until 2019, Zaga Zaga used a traditional IT system that combined local applications with cloud. Synchronization was faulty, data was lost, employees processed everything manually, documents were on paper, and guests waited a long time at check-in and check-out.

The solution
In 2019, Zaga Zaga switched entirely to Pynbooking: Cloud PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Guest App and Restaurant POS. The infrastructure includes 10 reception terminals, 14 fixed POS units, 25 mobile phones for restaurant staff and 15 fiscal printers. The platform has 50 active users.
The results
Before: fragmented system, data loss, 15 receptionists, paper-based processes, long waiting times.
After: 95% online bookings, reception team reduced from 15 to 4 people, 98% of guests use Guest App, 80% leave reviews at check-out.
